2017年7月，全球第一家英迪格度假村在巴厘島水明漾海灘開幕，而這也是巴厘島的第一家生活方式酒店，打開了巴厘島度假方式的全新維度，并迅速吸引了世界各地的時髦人士前來體驗。全新的英迪格位于巴厘島水明漾南部，各種時裝精品店和世界聞名的餐廳傳統手工藝品和古老建筑在這里完美融合。充滿藝術感的英迪格賦予了水明漾地區無限的靈感，獨一無二的巴厘島探索之旅從這里展開。
酒店的室內外設計由泰國著名設計公司A49和P49完成，實際上，這是一次建筑設計師與巴厘島當地藝術家聯合共同創造的呈現。酒店邀請巴厘島本土最活躍的藝術家們，以巴厘島的民間文化藝術和水明漾的社區風格為靈感，用更現代化的形式把豐富的色彩和民俗元素注入進來，幾乎每一個細節都可以追溯到15世紀，講述一段生動的巴厘島歷史。
不同于傳統意義的大堂，這里的大堂空間被稱為“社區畫廊”，它不僅是接待客人的第一站，也是一處精心打造的藝術空間，更是客人了解巴厘島文化的窗口。每處設計的背后都大藏玄機。堂頂上大小錯落的吊燈，原型是當地隨處可見的蓬傘傘頂以及漁民捕魚的魚簍。貫穿整個酒店的菱形木格紋，則是以當地人參加宗教儀式所穿著的錦緞為靈感設計。散落在大堂四處風格各異的座椅，則是巴厘島的“百家椅”，酒店以此還原了當地人帶著自家椅子在門外相聚聊天的日常。
270間客房的室內設計也隨處可見巴厘島的當地特色。迷你吧如同自家的客廳一角，放有藝術家手作咖啡杯本地自釀酒簡易榨汁機......，而不論是一只小小垃圾桶還是大面積手織地毯，都是對當地手工藝的致敬。
整個酒店橫跨 4.7 公頃，花園式室外景致由Belt Collins操刀設計，靈感則為傳遞這座神明之島的自然之美。院內的石刻神龕和墻體結構，是用當地建造神殿的火山石刻成，引入巴厘島的文化之魂，墻體結構的水簾設計則是巴厘島梯田灌溉系統的再創造。郁郁蔥蔥景色宜人的庭院中種植著奇異美麗的植物，泳池隱匿在樹木豐茂的園林中，私密而別致。
酒店庭院內坐落著19個配有私人室外泳池和大理石浴室的別墅，每棟別墅都有著顏色不同雕花繁復的大門，匠人精神可見一斑。別墅設計的靈感來源于體現神生物和地球關系的“三”卡拉納哲學，巧妙地將當代設計和古老傳統放在一起。每個別墅都像一所鄉間的巴厘島房子，由三個主要的區域組成：Nista Mandala讓人們擁抱神的空間，Madya Mandala與大自然融為一體的空間，以及Utama Mandala 與人交流的空間。
縱然身處水明漾的高端生活街區，被品類豐富的精品餐廳包圍，酒店對于食物和味道的追求依然力求最高點。精致的生活方式早已深入英迪格的品牌精髓，哪怕是一食一飲的日常，也能體會到英迪格的挑剔。

Bali’s most lively and storied village is welcoming the world’s most neighbourhoodcentric brand in July 2017, with the opening of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. In a village that captures the ancient and modern zeitgeist of Bali in all its colour, energy and lively tradition, curious travellers are the new savvy individualists.
Designed by A49 （exteriors） and P49 （interiors）, who have worked on numerous awardwinning properties throughout Asia Pacific, the hotel is actually the integrations of the architects and local artists. Inspired by Bali’s folklore and Seminyak’s neighborhood，Hotel invites some of the most active artists to input the beautiful colour and folklore elements into the hotel.
Different from the traditional lobby, the lobby here was called the “neighborhood gallery”,which is not only the first stop to welcome the guests, but also a delicate art space, a window for guests to know about Bali culture.
You can see Bali local features everywhere in the 270 rooms and suits. The mini bar is like the corner of your own home with handmade mugs,locallymade alcohol，and juice squeezer, and from a trash can to the beautiful patterned carpet,almost everything is honoring the local art.
Sprawling over 4.7 hectares of land space, the alluring landscape by Belt Collins who deeply embraces the unsurpassed beauty of the island of Gods’ natural setting through the presence of exotic plants and lush vegetation on the wall structures that portray Bali’s irrigation system – Subak rice terrace.
19 villas with private swimming pool and marble bathroom are landed in the hotel’s garden, and each door of the villa is in different colour and carved with sophisticated patterns, which indicates the artisans spirit. The design of the villas is inspired by a Balinese compound “Tri Mandala” area separation concept.
Being in the highend neighborhood of Seminyak and surrounded by rich boutique restaurants，Hotel Indigo still try to reach the highest point when it comes to taste and flavour.
There are altogether 7 different styled restaurants in the resort. Chef Mads Wolff insists using the best quality local growing ingredients to make flavourful dishes.
